The 306 Yonge Building is a three-story, 15,000-square-foot retail building situated in the retail heart of downtown Toronto, adjacent to The Ellman Companies’ 1.1 million-square-foot Atrium on Bay mixed-use office and retail project. The Ellman Companies constructed the building to expand the retail presence of the Atrium on Bay.
