In August of 2007, The Ellman Companies acquired this 10-story, Class-A office space in Sugar Land, Texas, a city within the greater Houston Metropolitan Area and consistently ranked among the top places to live in the country.

This 515,000-square-foot office building sits in a prime location near the convergence of several of Houston’s major highways. The building is currently 100-percent leased to Chevron USA.

The Ellman Companies started a $4-million renovation in 2009, with construction of a parking garage to begin at the end of 2009.
