SUGAR LAND, TEXAS

The Ellman Companies acquired this 15-acre parcel, located adjacent to The Lake Corporate Center in Sugar Land, Texas, in August of 2007. Sugar Land is a city within the greater Houston Metropolitan Area and consistently ranked among the top places to live in the country. This 15-acre parcel sits in a prime location near the convergence of several of greater Houston’s major highways. Conceptual design calls for 660,000 additional square feet of office space in five distinctive buildings: one 12-story building of 360,000 square feet; one 8-story building of 240,000 square feet and three 20-story, freestanding office buildings, all with proposed structured and surface parking.

The Ellman Companies sold this asset in March 2011.
