SUGAR LAND, TEXAS

The Ellman Companies acquired this 15-acre parcel, located adjacent to The Lake Corporate Center, in August of 2007. Conceptual design calls for 660,000 additional square feet of office space in five distinctive buildings: one 12-story building of 360,000 square feet; one 8-story building of 240,000 square feet and three 20-story, freestanding office buildings, all with proposed structured and surface parking.
