Peoria Place is a 126-acre, mixed-use land development located in the heart of downtown Peoria, Arizona, adjacent to the City’s municipal complex. The Ellman Companies purchased the property in 2007. When completed, the project will include multi- and single-family homes, retail and office components. The Ellman Urban Communities division will develop 40 acres of multi-family residential land. The project is strategically located along Grand Avenue (Highway 60), which is a major northwest/southeast corridor in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

The Ellman Companies sold this asset in March 2011.
