Assembled by The Ellman Companies from 2006 to 2008, this 2,450-acre project is located in Northeast Maricopa County, approximately 10 miles northeast of Scottsdale and six miles east of Fountain Hills. The site is surrounded by Tonto National Forest, with a small area adjacent to the Ft. McDowell Yavapai Nation.
